I was feeling very daunted at the prospect of acquiring architect drawings and building calculations for a small extension. The project would not require planning permission and i was reluctant to spend a large portion of my budget on plans. A search lead me to Steve Robinson Design which i quickly realised was the company for us. Steve provides a clear indication of his services with a clear pricing structure. He visited the property and spent considerable time and care getting all the correct measurements. The plans were completed and forwarded to me in good time whilst also allowing for me to make any alterations as needed.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I contacted Steve Robinson Design after being let down (money and time-wise) by another designer who promised to produce the drawings of the extension. I’m very happy how quickly the design was finished by Steve Robinson Design (a little bit over a week since the first phone call). Also the price was very good in comparison to what I was supposed to pay to the other designer. The company was also very patient and cooperative about the amendments and adjustments which needed to be done. I’m very pleased and I think the overall effect and the whole experience is great.

Found Steve on the internet & from 1st communication felt confident that I was going to get a professional service & great end product with the drawings. Initially requested Planning drawings, which sailed through & upgraded to Building Regs drawings.
Communication was first class and very prompt, almost felt that we had worked / known each other previously.
Friendly, reliable and very reasonably priced.
